Shipping Policy

Processing Time All orders are printed and fulfilled within 3–5 business days after your order is placed. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Times Once your order ships, estimated delivery times are:

• United States: 5–10 business days
• International: 10–20 business days

Shipping Rates Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Tracking Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Delayed Packages If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at support@allteez.com and we'll make it right.

International Orders International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply upon delivery. If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at support@allteez.com and we will investigate.
